I trained with Yoga London specialising in Vinyasa Flow and am accredited by Yoga Aliance. My aim is to provide creative sequencing, layered to make it accessible to people of all ages and abilities, balanced with a healthy dose of relaxation and restoration.
If you are looking to create strength and length in your body, I also teach more powerful strength based classes as well as ashtanga vinyasa based sequences.
For anyone who considers Yoga to be slow gentle, stretching be prepared for your view to shift and come join me for fun, playful practices on the mat.
And remember, there is no such thing as a “Yoga Body”. Yoga is for the willing – flexibility and strength will develop over time when you show up on the mat. After even just a few classes I have every confidence you’ll soon be considering yourself a Yoga Bunny too!
N.B. If you are unable to get up and down from the floor unassisted then my current group class offering will not be suitable for you, however, I can recommend many other wonderful yoga classes in the area. Or alternatively, I am happy to work with you privately so the class can be adapted to meet your needs
